Bringing extensive knowledge in the healthcare sector, Flagstad serves as the CEO of EmpowerHealth and has over 30 years of experience across diverse sectors such as Healthcare Manufacturing, Telehealth, Financial Services, and Medical Device Marketing. Recently, as the Senior Vice President of Research & Development at UnitedHealth Group, he led initiatives to improve consumer and provider engagement, lower healthcare costs, enhance operational effectiveness, and accelerate innovation.
