Jason Von Bank, Senior Advisor

Jason Von Bank is the President and CEO of Kaleidoscope, a pioneering organization dedicated to remove the financial barriers for educational advancement. With a career marked by strategic growth and transformative leadership, Jason has successfully positioned Kaleidoscope at the forefront of its industry and as a pioneer in democratizing education.

Prior to Kaleidoscope, Jason was the Chief Operating Officer for LifeSpeak Inc. (TSX: LSPK), the leading whole-person wellbeing solution for employers, health plans, and other organizations. Jason joined LifeSpeak through its acquisition of Wellbeats, where he served as CEO for eight years. His career also includes executive positions with LifeTime Fitness, UnitedHealth Group and General Electric.

Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in German and International Business from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA in Economics and Marketing from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Outside of work, Jason is heavily involved with the community through his church, youth sports, and philanthropic organizations. He has held former board of director roles at the Allina Health Hospice Foundation and served as the board chair for Special Olympics Minnesota, where he continues to be an active volunteer. Jason spends much of his free time with his wife and three children, engaging in activities that strengthen family bonds and contribute to personal growth.
